华泰证券(06886)发布更新公告，确认截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息为每股0.4元人民币，股东已于2026年6月26日批准该方案。
根据公告，公司预设派发货币为港元，每股0.4599361港元，按1人民币兑1.14984港元的汇率折算。H股股东亦可选择直接以人民币收取股息，每股0.4元人民币，货币选择权截止时间为2026年8月4日16:30。
此次股息的关键日期安排为：除净日2026年7月10日，股份过户文件递交截止日7月13日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记自7月14日至7月19日，股权登记日为7月19日，股息派发日为8月21日。
在代扣所得税方面，对于非中国内地登记地址的H股个人股东，将按10%或20%的税率代扣股息税，其中来自与中国有税收协定国家的居民可申请协定优惠税率；内地个人投资者通过沪港通或深港通持有H股，适用20%的股息红利所得税率。非居民企业股东则按10%税率代扣。
