国联民生证券(01456)宣布，经年度股东会批准，将派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每10股派发现金红利人民币0.60元（含税），即每股派息0.06元。按当前总股本计算，派息总额约3.41亿元。
股权登记日为2026年6月26日，6月23日至26日暂停办理股份过户登记。除净日预计为6月22日，欲收取股息的H股股东须在6月22日下午4时30分前递交过户文件。末期股息预计于2026年7月28日或前后派付，其中A股以人民币支付，H股股息按央行中间价折算为港币支付。通过港股通投资H股的内地投资者将透过中国结算收取人民币股息。公司将根据相关法律法规代扣代缴所得税。此外，若股权登记日前总股本发生变动，每股派息比例不变，分配总额将相应调整。
