中天湖南集团(02433)公告，公司董事会已获授权，可于股东周年大会决议通过后，于指定期间内回购最多占已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数10%的股份，即最多约5760万股。
根据公告，回购资金将来自公司法及上市规则允许的合法来源。董事会表示，行使回购授权有助提升每股收益及优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告数据显示，过去十二个月，公司股价于联交所的最高价约为每股0.198港元，最低价约为0.061港元。董事会强调，本次股份购回计划仍须等待股东大会表决批准。
另据了解，股东周年大会订于2026年6月26日召开。为办理会议相关事宜，公司将于2026年6月23日至6月26日期间暂停股份过户登记，股东若需登记过户，须在6月22日收市前递交材料。届时，若获得股东支持，公司将按既定安排执行回购授权。
