港仔机器人集团控股有限公司（00370）7月28日披露，公司将自2026年8月3日起，将其百慕达注册办事处地址由现址迁至Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。该变更仅涉及注册办事处地址调整，不影响公司在香港的股份过户登记安排。
公司确认，卓佳证券登记有限公司继续担任其香港股份过户登记分处，所有在香港进行的股份过户登记申请仍须送交卓佳证券，其地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼。
截至公告日，董事会成员包括两名非执行董事（主席李孟哲先生及副主席邱毅勇先生）、四名执行董事（副主席王颖千女士、行政总裁李海涛先生、贾立群先生及陈建秋先生）以及三名独立非执行董事（刘彤辉先生、尹美群女士及叶建木先生）。
