According to the Next Day Disclosure Return published on 20 February 2026, Noah Holdings Private Wealth and Asset Management Limited (06686) reported that its issued share count stood at 335.26 million shares at both the opening balance on 13 February 2026 and the closing balance on 19 February 2026.
