北京友宝在线科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02429）于2026年8月19日发布翌日披露报表，宣布将40,671,930股非上市股份转换为同等数量的H股。
本次转换完成后，非上市普通股数量由42,458,930股降至1,787,000股；H股由937,506,503股增至978,178,433股，占转换前公司已发行H股总数约4.34%。同时，公司库存股数量维持在9,005,500股不变，转换完成后H股已发行股份总数增至978,178,433股，总发行股份（含库存股）为987,183,933股。
公司确认，本次股份转换已获得董事会正式授权批准，并严格遵守香港联合交易所主板上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由董事及联席公司秘书崔艳签署。
