ImmuneOnco Repurchases 2,600 H-Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 0.18% of Mandate Capacity

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. disclosed that on 12 June 2026 it repurchased 2,600 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 3.35 to HKD 3.36, for a total consideration of HKD 8,722.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) stood at 419.72 million. • Treasury shares increased to 760,200, equivalent to 0.18 % of the 43.15 million shares authorised under the current buy-back mandate approved on 28 May 2026. • The repurchased amount represented 0.0006 % of the company’s issued share capital prior to the transaction. • Total issued share capital, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 420.48 million.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, ImmuneOnco is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 12 July 2026.
