世纪互联 宣布，PJ Millennium I Limited与PJ Millennium II Limited将以每股普通股1.4486美元（每ADS 8.6914美元）的现金对价，从山东高速控股集团有限公司实益拥有的两家主体处，合计收购最多6.5亿股A类普通股。交易完成后，买方将合计持有公司约38.1%股份。买方均为PJ Millennium Limited Partnership的全资子公司。该合伙企业的普通合伙人为Lochpine BG I GP Limited，系宁德时代的非控股、非合并关联方。
世纪互联周三盘初暴涨超29%。
