CCTC (06951) shares rose more than 5%, reaching HK$130.9 as of press time, up 5.48%, with a turnover of HK$13.9437 million.

On the news front, MLCC prices have been on the rise since the beginning of this year, with the latest wave of price increases first ignited by overseas industry leaders. Japan's Murata, Taiyo Yuden, and South Korea's Samsung Electro-Mechanics have successively issued price hike notices, with high-capacity MLCCs used in AI servers seeing ex-factory price increases generally ranging from 15% to 35%.

In addition, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has disclosed multiple long-term agreements for AI server MLCCs since May 2026. Huafu Securities believes that these long-term agreements reflect a prolonged tight supply trend, with AI servers transforming cyclical beta into structural alpha.

In the first half of this year, CCTC achieved revenue of 6.423 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 54.82%; net profit attributable to shareholders reached 1.932 billion yuan, up 56.18% year-on-year. According to the company's semi-annual report, MLCCs benefited from improved customer recognition and industry prosperity in the first half, with some specifications seeing prices recover to their original reasonable value, and both sales volume and sales revenue achieving significant year-on-year growth.
