MoneyMax Financial Services launches 70 million Singapore dollars 5.00% notes due 2028

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has priced an inaugural issuance of 70 million Singapore dollars in 5.00 per cent fixed-rate notes maturing on Oct, 30 2028. The deal is part of the company’s 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme established on Oct, 06 2025.

The Series 001 Notes will be issued at par in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars. Interest will be paid semi-annually on Apr, 30 and Oct, 30 each year, starting on Apr, 30 2026. The notes constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of the issuer and carry an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from MoneyMax Financial Services.

Net proceeds, after deducting issue expenses, will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of existing borrowings, financing investments and acquisitions, and funding working capital and capital expenditure.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the sole global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner for the transaction. The notes are expected to be issued on Oct, 30 2025 and listed on the Singapore Exchange on Oct, 31 2025, subject to approval from the exchange.
