On September 28, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 5.12 million shares of SD GOLD (01787) (H shares) off-exchange by way of releasing a security interest in shares (consideration: non-cash assets). This transaction was an off-exchange dealing and not a direct market transaction.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in SD GOLD was 63.31 million shares, representing 6.36%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 58.19 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.85%.
