TA YANG GROUP (01991) announced that as the prerequisite conditions set out in the agreement entered into between the Company and Subscriber III (Subscription Agreement III) have been fulfilled, the subscription under Subscription Agreement I has been completed on September 15, 2025 in accordance with its terms and conditions.
