First Real Estate Investment Trust announced the completion of the divestment of 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of PT Karya Sentra Sejahtera on Dec, 04 2025.
Following the transaction, PT Karya Sentra Sejahtera is no longer an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the trust.
The manager confirmed that none of its directors or controlling unitholders has any direct or indirect interest in the divestment beyond their existing unitholdings.
