MILLION CITIES HOLDINGS LIMITED (02892) has released its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of RMB 63.888 million, representing a decrease of 35.9% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to equity shareholders was RMB 20.529 million, which narrowed significantly by 82% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was RMB 0.0274.

The substantial reduction in the net loss attributable to the company's equity shareholders was primarily due to several factors. Unlike the 2024 fiscal year, the Group did not recognize any impairment losses on other receivables from its associates, nor did it make any provisions for accrued interest from these associates during the 2025 fiscal year. Furthermore, the Group recorded an impairment on inventories held by its subsidiaries and associates. Additionally, administrative expenses and tax charges decreased considerably. A prior year over-provision for taxes was also reversed during the period.
