NIO schedules 1 September 2026 board meeting to approve Q2 2026 unaudited results and host same-day earnings call

NIO Inc. announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 1 September 2026 (Beijing/Hong Kong/Singapore Time) to review and approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended 30 June 2026. The Q2 2026 financial statements and accompanying announcement will be released on the same day via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk) and NIO’s investor relations site (ir.nio.com).

Management will hold an earnings conference call at 8:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong/Singapore Time (8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time) on 1 September 2026 to discuss the results. A live webcast—and subsequent archive—will be accessible on the company’s investor relations page. Investors who prefer to join by telephone must register in advance via the provided link and dial in 10 minutes before the call; unique access credentials will be supplied upon registration.

The announcement reiterates NIO’s weighted voting rights (WVR) structure: each Class A ordinary share carries one vote, while each Class C ordinary share carries eight votes on resolutions at general meetings, except where regulations or the company’s governing documents dictate otherwise. NIO’s American depositary shares, each representing one Class A ordinary share, trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “NIO.”

The board currently comprises Chairman and CEO Bin Li; Director Lihong Qin; Non-executive Directors Eddy Georges Skaf and Nicholas Paul Collins; and Independent Directors Hai Wu, Denny Ting Bun Lee, Yu Long and Yonggang Wen.
