Financial & Governance Highlights • Revenue reached CNY 184.02 million. • Ten-member board now comprises 40% independent directors, with 50% holding doctoral degrees and 40% female representation. • The Board met seven times in 2025; all directors completed business-ethics training. • The company maintains full compliance with Hong Kong GEM Listing Rules and recorded no material corruption cases, data-privacy breaches or product recalls.
R&D and Product Innovation • R&D investment totalled CNY 26.82 million, supporting a 28-person research team. • Intellectual-property portfolio expanded to 171 granted patents (82 invention, 43 utility model, 15 design) and 31 software copyrights. • Product pipeline now holds 281 in-vitro diagnostic registration certificates; 2025 launches included the four-laser 21-colour “BioCyte X” clinical flow cytometer, the “One Tube Safe” multi-cancer early screening panel and the fully automated AutoProSample A960 flow-cytometry workstation. • Zero product-quality complaints were recorded during the year.
Environmental Performance and Targets • Total Scope 1 + 2 greenhouse-gas emissions: 1,246.90 tCO₂e; emission intensity: 0.0678 tCO₂e per CNY 10,000 of revenue. • Energy-efficiency upgrades, including a smart power-distribution room, cut electricity use by 250,000 kWh and avoided approximately 140 tCO₂e. • Corporate targets: carbon peak by 2028 and carbon neutrality by 2050; 20% reduction in energy-intensity and 10% cut in water-intensity (vs 2021 baseline) by 2030.
Human Capital • Workforce totalled 408 employees; women accounted for 45.6%. • Training coverage, anti-corruption education and safety instruction all reached 100%. • Occupational injury insurance and annual health-check coverage stood at 100%; no work-related fatalities were reported between 2023 and 2025.
Supply Chain & Industry Engagement • Domestic suppliers represented 88.3% of the vendor base; key raw-material localisation advanced for enzymes and reagents. • Twenty-four national/industry standards were drafted or revised by the company. • Strategic alliances forged with China Resources Technology and BIOBASE; a new subsidiary in Shanxi broadens regional reach.
Community and Recognition • Participated in local snow-removal volunteer services and hosted the Precision Medicine Testing Summit Forum to promote healthcare accessibility. • Earned titles including Beijing “Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME” and secured additional TUV medical-device quality certification.
