2026年8月21日，科拓股份（02272.HK）公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核的中期业绩。期内，公司实现收益3.34亿元，同比下降11.9%；毛利1.52亿元，同比下降10.6%，毛利率由44.9%升至45.5%。

期内纯利0.24亿元，同比下降5.7%；经调整纯利0.29亿元，同比下降40.3%。每股基本及摊薄盈利为0.28元，同比减少0.03元。

分业务来看： 1. 数智化停车系统收益1.62亿元，同比下降17.4%，占总收益48.4%； 2. 数智化停车管理服务收益0.81亿元，同比下降11.7%，占比24.2%； 3. 停车场运营收益0.91亿元，与上年同期基本持平，占比27.2%； 4. 其他收益0.06亿元。

费用方面，销售开支0.80亿元，同比增长5.7%；行政开支0.36亿元，同比下降35.2%；研发开支0.23亿元，同比增长4.5%。所得税费用0.03亿元，同比减少92.3%。

财务状况方面，截至2026年6月30日，公司现金及现金等价物5.04亿元，较2025年末的1.91亿元增加164.2%；受限制银行存款1.80亿元；流动比率3.6，速动比率3.4。期内银行贷款总额1.43亿元，其中短期贷款0.44亿元，长期贷款0.99亿元。

公司于2026年6月26日在港交所上市，全球发售所得款项净额约3.38亿港元，公告显示截至报告期末尚未动用。董事会决定不派发中期股息。
