易点云有限公司（香港联交所主板：02416）于2026年7月22日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股1,795,000股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.3674％，每股购回价格区间介于3.34港元至3.40港元之间，成交量加权平均价格为每股3.3982港元，合计耗资约609.98万港元。
公告显示，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数降至486,835,806股，库藏股数量为51,516,500股，已发行股份总数维持在538,352,306股。公司并披露，股东大会已于2026年6月22日通过股份回购授权，授权剩余名额为50,068,667股。截至目前，易点云已在联交所或其他证券交易所回购的股份合计为13,886,000股，占该授权获通过当日已发行股本的2.7734％。
根据公告，易点云确认本次股份购回符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求，并已获得公司董事会正式批准。回购完成后，自本次回购日起30天（截至2026年8月21日）为公司新股发行或出售、转让库存股的暂止期。
