Pagoda Group Repurchases 1.10 Million H Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 17.26 Million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) disclosed on 4 June 2026 that it bought back 1.10 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, booking a total outlay of HKD 1.85 million at prices between HKD 1.65 and HKD 1.70 per share. The transaction was executed under the company’s existing share-repurchase mandate dated 5 June 2025.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.98 billion, while treasury holdings increased to 17.26 million shares. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.00 billion shares.

Progress under Repurchase Mandate: • Authorised limit: 145.39 million shares • Cumulative repurchased to date: 17.26 million shares • Utilisation: 1.19 % of the authorised pool (based on shares outstanding at the mandate date)

A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs until 4 July 2026, in line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a). The company confirms all repurchases complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and its May 2025 explanatory statement.
