Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited (TRAVEL EXPERT, 01235) reported that Ms. Chan Wing Ting will step down as both Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective 18 March 2026. The departing officer confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

On the same date, Ms. Chan Ching Fei Vanissa will assume the roles of Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Hong Kong process agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Listing Rule 19.05(2). Ms. Vanissa Chan satisfies the professional qualification criteria stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28. She brings more than five years of listed-company experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, and compliance matters, and holds dual chartered qualifications from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.

The Board expressed appreciation to Ms. Chan Wing Ting for her contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Vanissa Chan.
