In the first half of 2026, JD Health launched a total of 65 new medications, according to information received on the evening of August 7. These new drugs span therapeutic areas including oncology, dermatology, and chronic diseases, marking the platform's continued leadership in the number of new drug introductions for several consecutive years.

For the full year of 2025, JD Health reported total revenue of 73.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.3%. The platform's annual active users reached 218 million, with its pharmaceutical retail scale maintaining a leading position in the industry. This scale advantage has enabled JD Health to build a service network that covers the longest user lifecycle and the widest reach, forming a unique, fully integrated "medical-examination-diagnosis-medication" closed-loop capability within the industry. Currently, JD Health's service network extends to over one million natural villages across the country.

According to Song Zhirui, Vice President of JD Group and General Manager of the JD Health Pharmaceutical Business Division, JD Health began collaborative launch planning with pharmaceutical companies as early as last October. By leveraging user data insights, the platform assists in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure new drugs reach patients in various regions as quickly as possible. The efficiency behind the debut of these 65 new drugs is supported by the platform's most extensive fulfillment network and most complete service chain. Data shows that over 65% of JD Health users are from third-tier cities and below. The platform has deployed nearly 100,000 service points in townships and villages nationwide, achieving a same-day or next-day delivery coverage rate of 87.1% in county-level areas. From the "first mile" of a new drug's launch to the "last mile" of long-term medication access for patients at the grassroots level, JD Health has established a complete closed-loop chain encompassing "comprehensive supply - efficient fulfillment - professional pharmaceutical services - AI-powered smart management."
