中通快递（开曼）有限公司（02057）于2026年2月11日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司分别于2026年2月4日及2026年2月10日进行了A类普通股回购。2026年2月4日回购数量18,254,400股，回购价每股港币179.1；2026年2月10日于美国市场购回611,965股美国存托股份（对应611,965股A类普通股），占已发行股份总数795,528,169股（含A类和B类普通股）的约0.1%，每股最低回购价24.31美元、最高回购价24.65美元，总金额约1501.2万美元。
公告显示，上述回购股份尚未注销，回购后公司A类普通股仍维持589,428,169股，库藏股数量为零。公司已于2025年6月17日通过回购授权，剩余可回购数量为80,446,849股，至今已累计回购9,552,286股。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规。
