心动公司于2026年3月23日发布公告称，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股118,000股，占已发行股本约0.0239%。本次回购价格介乎每股65.75港元至68.55港元，总耗资约7,902,389.2港元（约790.24万港元），所回购股份目前尚未注销。
公告显示，回购完成后公司已发行股本仍保持在494,429,564股。心动公司回购授权通过日期为2025年5月29日。根据该授权，公司可回购的总股份数为49,167,523股，截至本次交易前已回购2,513,600股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股本的0.5112%。
公司确认上述回购事宜已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则的相关规定。公告由执行董事黄一孟签署。
