PHOENIX TV (02008) announced that, effective November 21, 2025: 1. Mr. Sun Yusheng, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and 2. Mr. Fang Fenglei, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
