根据公告，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,391,782,700股，库藏股数为0股。该回购根据公司于2025年6月6日通过的购回授权进行，最高可购回股份总数为139,763,370股，其中已于各证券交易所合计回购43,122,000股，占授权时已发行股本约3.0854%。
公司同时确认，此次回购行为遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书苏淡满签署。
