惠陶集团（08238）于最新公告中披露，董事会建议在2026年6月30日召开的股东周年大会上，寻求授权于香港联交所创业板等证券交易场所适时回购公司不超过已发行股本10%的股份。根据公告，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股本数目约为3.48亿股，如无其他增发，回购上限对应最多约3483.65万股。
公告显示，若获股东批准，公司可依法动用合法可用资金进行购回，包括可用于股息或分派的内部资源或其他发行所得等。上述授权如获行使，公司可透过在市况适宜时进行股份回购，以优化资本结构以及提升股东回报。公告同时提及，董事会认为该举措符合公司及股东的整体利益。
