Pan-United Corporation shareholders back S$0.035 final dividend and mandate for share buyback

Pan-United Corporation Ltd (P52) said shareholders approved all nine resolutions at the company’s 34th annual general meeting held on Apr, 23 2026 in Singapore.

Key decisions included:

• Adoption of the FY2025 audited financial statements. • Declaration of a final dividend of 0.035 Singapore dollars per ordinary share, payable on May, 15 2026 to shareholders on record as of May, 6 2026. • Re-election of directors Patrick Ng Bee Soon and Fong Yue Kwong. • Approval of directors’ fees totalling 0.3395 million Singapore dollars for FY2026. • Re-appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as external auditor. • Renewal of a mandate authorising the board to issue new shares, subject to a limit of 50% of issued capital (10% for non-pro-rata issues). • Renewal of the share buyback mandate allowing purchases of up to 10% of issued shares. • Approval for the award of 18,000 fully-paid shares each to three non-executive directors under the Pan-United Share Plan.

All resolutions were passed with at least 96% of votes cast in favour. The meeting concluded at 11:34 a.m. local time.
