HARBOUR CENTRE (00051) announced that according to Article 160 of the company's articles of association, all dividends that remain unclaimed for six years after declaration may be forfeited by the board of directors and become the property of the company. The board hereby notifies company shareholders that the 2019 first interim dividend of HK$0.07 per share, declared on August 2, 2019, will be forfeited and become the property of the company if it remains unclaimed by October 8, 2025.
