Hong Kong, 10 March 2026—Under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, BlackRock, Inc., classified as an associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd (02688), disclosed two derivative closings on 9 March 2026 involving a combined 4,800 reference securities linked to the offeree’s shares.

• Transaction details 1. 3,700 reference securities were closed out at HK$67.5601, generating proceeds of HK$249,922.36. 2. 1,100 reference securities were closed out at HK$67.5909, generating proceeds of HK$74,253.80.

• Post-transaction position Following the two derivative closures, BlackRock’s resultant balance in ENN Energy ordinary shares stands at 9.25 million.

The disclosures come in the context of ENN Energy’s proposed privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement, for which all dealings by associates must be reported to the Executive. No additional terms of the scheme were provided in the filing.
