Shandong International Trust (1697) Announces 2025 Second EGM Notice

Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1697) has released a notice for its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM). The EGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, 7 November 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Tower A, No. 2788 Aoti West Road, Lixia District, Jinan, Shandong Province, the People’s Republic of China.

The EGM will consider two ordinary resolutions related to the transfer of Target Interests in Parent Fund and Wanhe Fund, along with their respective transfer agreements. Shareholders whose names appear on the registers of the Company on 7 November 2025 are entitled to attend and vote.

The register of members of the Company will be closed from 4 November 2025 to 7 November 2025. Relevant documents must be lodged for share transfer registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on 3 November 2025. Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote on their behalf, with completed proxy forms deposited at the specified offices of the Company’s H share registrar or the Office of the Board of Directors not less than 24 hours before the EGM.

The EGM is expected to last for half a day, and attendees are advised to make their own arrangements for transportation and accommodation. Additional details and documentation can be found in the circular issued on 21 October 2025.
