消息面上，和黄医药周四宣布，旗下公司与葛兰素史克附属公司签署独家开发及许可协议，双方将合作开发及商业化在研肿瘤药物HMPL-A830。
根据协议，和黄医药将获得1.1亿美元首付款，并有权获得最高12.95亿美元的开发、监管及商业化里程碑付款，以及产品上市后的净销售额特许权使用费。
