(PLTR) through on-market trades executed on 30 March and 1 April 2026. The shares were sold at an average price of US$146.65 each, generating gross proceeds of US$425,290—approximately HK$3.32 million, before transaction costs.
Following the sale, Century Legend retains 17,850 PLTR shares, equivalent to about 0.00075% of Palantir’s 2.39 billion shares outstanding as at 31 December 2025. The divested stake represented roughly 0.00012% of Palantir’s issued share capital.

Management cited favourable market pricing and the opportunity to improve liquidity as primary reasons for the sale. Proceeds will be allocated to general working capital or redeployed into other securities investments when appropriate. The board considers the terms of the transactions fair and reasonable and in the interests of shareholders.
Given that one or more applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but are below 25%, the disposals qualify as a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, triggering announcement and reporting requirements but not shareholder approval.
Palantir Technologies, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, reported FY-2025 revenue of US$4.48 billion and net profit attributable to shareholders of US$1.63 billion, up markedly from US$2.87 billion and US$0.46 billion respectively in FY-2024.
