Horizon Heights Ltd.与IDT INT'L（00167）8月7日联合公告称，原定于2026年8月10日或之前寄发的有关收购IDT INT'L全部已发行股份（要约人及一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购者除外）的强制性无条件现金要约综合文件，将进一步延迟至2026年8月31日或之前寄发。
公告指出，此次延期是由于仍需额外时间落实综合文件中若干资料，包括：①独立财务顾问向独立董事委员会出具的意见函件；②根据《收购守则》规则10.11，就集团财政或营运状况及展望的任何重大变化作出的最新声明，相关资料需待公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告于8月中旬刊发后方可纳入；③中期业绩公告披露的最新财务数据。
公司已按《收购守则》规则8.2向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会执行人员申请，将综合文件寄发期限由2026年8月10日进一步延长至2026年8月31日或之前。执行人员已表示有意批准该延期申请。
