增发股份占公司此前已发行股本(不包括库藏股)约0.00003%，每股发行价为9.56港元，按此计算涉资约28,680港元（约2.87万港元）。发行完成后，公司已发行股本增至10,784,877,597股，库藏股维持63,212,000股，总股本为10,848,089,597股。
公司称，本次发行已获得董事会正式授权，相关程序遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则、中国香港及其他适用法律法规的要求。公告由公司秘书张颂仁签署。
