DINGYI GP INV (00508) announced that all preconditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled. The completion of the subscription agreement was implemented on September 29, 2025, pursuant to which the outstanding 2018 convertible bonds with a principal amount of HK$980,000,000 have been fully redeemed, and convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$980,000,000 were issued to subscribers on September 29, 2025.
