Singapore Subsidiary for Gas Storage & Transportation • Investor: Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned unit of Jingcheng Machinery Electric. • Location: Singapore. • Registered capital: US$0.50 million. • Shareholding: 100% held by Tianhai Industry. • Business scope: Sales of gas storage and transportation equipment across South-East Asia. • Funding source: Tianhai Industry’s internal resources.

2. Tianjin Hydrogen Energy Equipment Subsidiary • Investor: Beijing Tianhai Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of Jingcheng Machinery Electric. • Provisional name: Tianjin Tianhai Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (subject to registration approval). • Location: Tianjin, PRC. • Registered capital: RMB5.00 million. • Shareholding: 100% held by Tianhai Hydrogen Energy. • Strategic objective: Support hydrogen supply system operations in Tianjin and enhance the group’s competitiveness in the hydrogen energy segment. • Funding source: Tianhai Hydrogen Energy’s internal resources.
