TIANJIN CAPITAL (01065) announced that on September 29, 2025, the board of directors approved the signing of a warranty period heating supply contract (Zexiyuan) between Tianjin Jiayuan Kaichuang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Tianjin Chengze. Under this agreement, Tianjin Chengze has entrusted Tianjin Jiayuan Kaichuang to provide heating infrastructure services for the Zexiyuan residential community.
