公开资料显示，云知声是一家AI解决方案提供商，围绕“智慧生活”与“智慧医疗”两大核心场景推进AI技术落地，已形成清晰的业务版图。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按收入计，公司仍为往绩记录期间各年度中国第四大AI解决方案提供商，市场份额为0.6%。中国AI解决方案市场规模由2023年的人民币1,355亿元增加33.1%至2024年的人民币1,804亿元，而公司的收入则由2023 年的人民币7.27亿元增加29.1%至2024年的人民币9.39亿元。于2024年，按收入计，公司在中国日常生活AI解决方案排名第三，在医疗AI解决方案排名第四。
