2026年9月2日，宝积资本控股有限公司公布截至2026年8月31日止期间的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定股本仍保持在10,000,000,000股普通股，股份面值每股0.01港元，合计股本1亿港元，本月无增减变动。期末已发行股份数为1,484,600,000股，较上月底无变化，且期末并无库藏股份。公司表示，其上市股份类别已符合公众持股量25%的相关要求。
此外，公司于2018年及2025年分别采纳的股份期权计划下，共计可行使股份期权98,470,000股，对应行使价格分别为每股0.10港元及0.1372港元。报告期内并无期权被行使，因期权行使未产生新增发行或回购注销，亦无其他股份或权证相关变动，当月因行使期权所得资金总额为0港元，股本总数保持不变。
