中远海能(01138)在6月26日举行的周年股东大会上，正式批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.38元（税前）。该议案以99.99%的赞成票高票通过。
此次末期股息，A股股东将以人民币收取，而H股股东将以港元收取。按照周年股东大会当日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元汇率中间价（1港元兑人民币0.86942元）折算，每股H股应付末期股息为0.43707港元（税前）。H股股息预计于2026年8月28日（星期五）或之前派付。
为确定获派末期股息的资格，公司H股股东名册将于2026年7月21日至7月24日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，期间转让H股将不获登记。持有H股的股东须于7月20日下午4时30分前递交过户文件，方可享有末期股息。
有关税务安排，公司向非居民企业股东（包括以代理人、受托人等名义登记的H股股东）派发股息时，将代扣10%企业所得税。内地个人投资者通过沪港通或深港通投资H股所获股息，公司将按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。境内企业投资者通过互联互通机制投资H股，则需自行申报缴纳所得税，公司不予代扣。A股派息安排将另行公告。
