Alphamab-B Buys Back 123,000 Shares for HK$0.98 Million, Treasury Stock Rises to 7.12 Million

Alphamab Oncology (Alphamab-B) disclosed a share repurchase executed on 11 September 2026, under its ongoing buyback mandate approved on 12 June 2026.

The company acquired 123,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$7.85 and HK$8.00, for an aggregate consideration of HK$0.98 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HK$7.95 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock declined by 0.0127% to 967.26 million. Treasury shares increased to 7.12 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 974.38 million.

Cumulatively, Alphamab-B has repurchased 1.25 million shares since the mandate took effect, equivalent to 0.13% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date. The authorisation permits repurchases of up to 96.85 million shares.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Alphamab-B is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
