Shanghai Pioneer Hldg reshuffles board: Executive Director Zhang Quan steps down, 844.51 million-shareholder Wu Qian joins as Non-Executive Director

Shanghai Pioneer Holding Ltd (SH Pioneer Hldg) announced that Executive Director Zhang Quan resigned effective 30 March 2026 due to personal career adjustment. The company stated Zhang has no disagreements with the board or issues requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrently, Wu Qian, aged 46, was appointed Non-Executive Director. Wu holds an EMBA from Peking University, is pursuing an MBA at the University of Hong Kong, and has completed senior management programs at China Europe International Business School and Harvard Business School. Her background includes extensive experience in primary and secondary market investments, corporate valuation and risk management.

Wu is the spouse of Executive Director and controlling shareholder Li Xinzhou and directly and indirectly controls 844.51 million company shares. She has signed a three-year service contract starting 30 March 2026 with an annual director’s fee of HKD0.37 million. Wu will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting following her appointment.

Following the changes, the board comprises: • Executive Directors: Li Xinzhou (Chairman), Yang Yuewen • Non-Executive Directors: Wu Qian, Hu Mingfei • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Zhang Hong, Lai Chanshu, Zhang Changhai

The board expressed gratitude to Zhang Quan for his contributions and extended a welcome to Wu Qian.
