7月23日，快手-W午后进一步拉升，股价涨超8%。消息面上，“全球第一网红”MrBeast(野兽先生，本名吉米·唐纳德森)宣布将在美国隔空开启其中文互联网平台直播首秀，并定于7月26日在快手播出。
据悉，野兽先生在YouTube拥有4.15亿粉丝，全平台账号粉丝约8亿，比今年3月来中国的美国网红“甲亢哥”IShowSpeed还火。野兽先生还是全球收入最顶尖的视频博主，登上2023福布斯顶尖创作者排行榜第一名。
据此前媒体消息，野兽先生最早将于今年第四季度来中国拍摄大型挑战节目。
据了解，野兽先生的视频内容以“撒钱+挑战”模式著称，擅长打造视觉奇观。其节目一方面设置规模庞大、耗时极长的大型极限挑战，邀请挑战者参加。另一方面是高成本的撒钱和送礼，成功者可获得巨额现金奖励。
