伟志控股于2026年6月29日发布公告，披露公司于6月26日在香港联交所场内回购普通股9.5万股，占当日前现有已发行股本约0.0438%。本次回购价格介乎每股0.84港元至0.85港元，总耗资约8.07万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为219,725,000股，其中216,875,000股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），库藏股数量增至2,850,000股。公司购回授权于2026年5月27日获股东大会通过，授权购回股份总数为21,972,500股，目前已回购2,850,000股，约占该购回授权的12.9708%。
公司表示，本次回购已遵守相关上市规则及适用法律。公告由公司秘书张伟雄先生签署。
