Perfect Medical (01830) has announced that Mr. Ji Zhixiong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee, effective September 30, 2026, as he wishes to devote more time to other business commitments.
Independent non-executive director Mr. Qi Shichang has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee, effective September 30, 2026.
