Zero2IPO completes HKD 27,702 on-market buyback; treasury stock rises to 11.01 million shares

Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. repurchased 19,200 ordinary shares on 31 August 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 1.44 and HKD 1.45 per share for a total consideration of HKD 27,702. The shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 294.06 million, while treasury shares increased to 11.01 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 305.07 million. The latest buyback represents 0.0065 % of the issued shares outstanding prior to the purchase.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate granted on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 29.64 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 2.30 million shares—equivalent to 0.78 % of the company’s issued shares at the date of the mandate—have been repurchased to date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Zero2IPO is subject to a moratorium that restricts new share issues or the disposal of treasury shares until 30 September 2026.
