本月普通股H股注册股本由256,126,400股增至281,804,800股，增发数量为25,678,400股；普通股A股注册股本则保持在541,722,000股不变。截至7月末，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）合计823,526,800股，其中H股281,804,800股，A股541,722,000股。公告显示，本次增发H股于2026年7月29日完成，发行价格为每股港币4.58元，单股面值人民币1.00元。公司表示，该等新增发行股份已经获得董事会正式批准，并遵守了相关上市规则及适用法律法规的要求。
