2026年8月7日，亿胜生物科技有限公司（01061）于香港联交所公布翌日披露报表，披露其于当日回购普通股25.9万股（即259,000股），占回购前已发行股本约0.0458%。本次回购于香港联交所场内进行，每股回购价格区间为2.365港元至2.38港元，成交量加权平均价格为2.3718港元，合计动用资金614,285港元（折合约61.43万港元）。回购的股份将作为公司库藏股持有。
本次变动后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）减少至5.65亿股（即565,200,000股），库藏股增至180.6万股（即1,806,000股），合计已发行股本为5.67亿股（即567,006,000股）。根据此前授权决议，亿胜生物科技获准最高回购56,700,600股，并已于各交易所累计回购180.6万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）的0.31852%，剩余可回购股份数量为5,489.46万股。公司确认，本次回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及相关法律法规。公告由董事方海洲签署。
