公司表示，根据境内优先股的条款，若触发相关事件，境内优先股可能转换为A股。截至本报告期末，仍未触发转换情形，因此当月无因可换股票据产生的新股或库存股变动。公司亦未有其他股权激励、购回或注销信息披露。
截至2月末，公司股本总数维持不变。公司进一步声明，遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书何兆斌签署。
