KINDSTAR GLOBAL buys back 41,000 shares; treasury stock climbs to 7.59 million

Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. reported a repurchase of 41,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing buy-back mandate. The purchase price ranged from HK$0.94 to HK$0.99 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$0.97, bringing total cash outflow to HK$39,839.70.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.00397 % to 1.03 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 7.59 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 1.04 billion.

Repurchase programme status: • Mandate size (approved 5 June 2026): 103.43 million shares. • Cumulative shares bought since mandate approval: 0.53 million, equivalent to 0.05091 % of the company’s outstanding shares on the mandate date. • Remaining capacity: roughly 102.90 million shares.

The company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
